Job Description – The Recruiting Director will work with candidates to identify career paths and skill matches.  By working collaboratively with candidates and clients, the Recruiting Director will identify key skills and past performance metrics that uniquely represent candidates and will be the candidate’s advocate for our clients.  Additionally, the Recruiting Director will have Account Management responsibilities with clients and engage with hiring managers to ascertain desired technical and soft skills that work best for the client’s culture.  The Recruiting Director will also be responsible for the following:

 

Responsibilities Include:

• Identifying and posting positions on the appropriate career websites.

• Directly recruiting candidates using LinkedIn, Careerbuilder, Monster, social media, referrals, and personal networks.

• Screening and interviewing candidates thoroughly in order to discover appropriate career paths and past performance indicators.

• Train and coach junior team members.

 

Position Requirements

• 2 years of previous Recruiting experience.

• Excellent communicator – extremely articulate with a friendly demeanor.

• Professional, reliable, flexible and have a positive, can-do attitude.

• Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Excellent attention to detail with strong customer service skills.

• Curious, persistent, takes the initiative, acts with integrity, and delivers high quality!

 

Education 

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or similar work experience
